When set up in a web map, the LayerList widget does not honor the listMode property value of the CSVLayer.

The listMode is working as expected. The default value of the listMode is set to 'show' on the layer. The listMode property can be manually set by accessing the layer from the web map.解决办法
The issue is not reproducible with ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.15 and earlier that support the listMode property of the CSVLayer class. Below is a sample of ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.15:
