漏洞
When selecting a row within an attribute table to change the value for a specific attribute field, the error message, "Update table row. Value doesn't fall within Domain" is returned.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.解决办法
- Export the attribute table in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.
- Add the coded domains again.
