This issue is fixed in the ArcGIS Online November 2024 update. The fix is reflected in the user interface (UI), and no action is required to modify the existing scheduled tasks.解决办法
Schedule the task to run a day later than required. For example, a task needs to be run every Monday, so set it to run every Tuesday.
