附加信息
This is expected behavior for features that do not have time components in a date field. See https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/use-maps/work-with-fields.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_5B5F38E313BF4C3F85EDAC2D95B1A6B4
"If you are entering a date without a time component, add 12 hours to the date. For example, instead of entering '5/27/2014', enter '5/27/2014 12:00PM' or '5/27/2014 12:00'. The reason this offset is needed is that when a date is entered without a time component, it is entered as midnight on that date (5/27/2014 is converted to 5/27/2014 00:00:00), and when it is displayed in your local time zone, hours are added or subtracted. For example, if you are in PST and enter 5/27/2014, it will display as 5/26/2014 (7 hours subtracted from midnight on the 27th)."
解决办法
1) If viewed online by those within the same timezone, enter date according to this format: 7/11/15 05:00:00 PM. Thus when pushed to ArcGIS Online, it converts to Coordinate Universal Time (UTC) and still represents the same date as 7/11/15.
- Before: 7/11/2015
- Change to: 7/11/2015 05:00:00 PM
- Note: Shapefile Date fields only holds the date and not the date/time. Thus for workarounds, shapefiles only work via enabling the time on the Date field. Compared to Feature Classes that can use all workarounds.
2) If map is viewed by those in a different time zone, change the Date field type from Date to Text.
3) Enable time on the Date field.
- When enabling time, on the Advanced Settings field put in a Time Zone.
- Once published to ArcGIS Online, on the layer with time enabled > Disable time animation.
