When publishing an RGBI four band raster as a map service with the Web Coverage Service (WCS) enabled, and consuming the WCS service versions 1.1.0, 1.1.1, and 1.1.2 in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4, the image is not visible unless the Alpha Channel is activated and the image returned is of poor quality.
