When publishing a hosted tile layer to ArcGIS Online from a point feature class symbolized with the heat map symbology and the Constant method in ArcGIS Pro, points located on or near the tile seams are cut off.

After a review by the development team, it has been determined that this issue is related to a known limitation with the software that lies outside of Esri's control.
