漏洞
When publishing a feature class containing two or more features as a feature service directly to an ArcGIS Server site federated with Portal for ArcGIS, the Portal for ArcGIS feature layer items that are automatically created zoom to the lowest scale at the origin of the coordinate system when being added to a new web map. This means the extent for the feature layer items is set to the origin of the coordinate system.

- Click the Zoom To Selection of the layer in the Content pane of the web map to zoom to the correct extent.
- Set the extent for the feature layer in item details.
