When opening attribute table in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro with Oracle columns defined with precision 10 and scale 0 in an Oracle geodatabase with value in this column exceeds 2,147,483,647, the error message, "Error: ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype" is returned.
