This is a known limitation in ArcGIS Field Maps on iOS.解决办法
If working with a mobile device management (MDM) solution, use the 'portalURL' parameter to pre-populate the URL when the app is launched. Users are still required to enter their credentials but do not need to enter the URL. Refer to: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/latest/prepare-maps/deploy-your-map.htm for more information.
