When layers in the MXD are resourced to an ArcSDE Enterprise geodatabase, the basemap for Local Government fails with the error, “Failed to draw/Label. Attribute column not found. Invalid column name.”

We will be releasing a new tool in the next release of ArcGIS for Local Government that will resolve this issue.解决办法
