When filtering tags on an ArcGIS Hub site, the comma '%2C' is behaving like an 'or' rather than an 'and'.

The functionality has changed a bit. This is an intentional design choice. AND queries are able to be constructed manually by appending an all parameter to the end of the query.解决办法
