漏洞
When exporting a hosted feature layer with a unique index for the Global ID field as FGDB from ArcGIS Online, the indexes are changed to not unique.

Duplicate of BUG-000176430. This is a known limitation. Indexed and unique GlobalIDs are not supported by the file geodatabase workspace.
