When 'ElevationInfo' is set to the 'absolute-height', 'relative-to-ground' and 'relative-to-scene' mode, it causes the overlapping symbols to wiggle when zooming in and out using ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

Unfortunately, the described flickering is inevitable when rendering overlapping features at a similar distance from the camera. This is a known technical limitation in 3D computer graphics (z-fighting).解决办法
Use the 'on-the-ground' elevation mode when elevation (z coordinate) is not relevant for the purpose of the data presented.
