When editing an annotation feature class stored in an enterprise geodatabase and in a geographic coordinate system being projected on the fly into a projected coordinate system, rotating a part of the multipart feature causes that part to draw far away from the rest of the annotation. It also resets the extent of the annotation.

解决办法
Workaround I:1. Export the annotation feature class from an enterprise geodatabase to a file geodatabase.2. Make the necessary edits/create the necessary annotations.3. Export the annotation feature class back to the enterprise geodatabase.Workaround II:1. Export the annotations that need editing from the annotation feature class in the geographic coordinate system to a new feature class in the desired projection.(Alternately, create a new annotation feature class in the desired projection.)2. Edit or create annotations in projected coordinate system.3. Project the feature class into the geographic coordinate system.4. Append the annotation feature class to the original annotation feature class, now both in the geographic coordinate system.
