When creating and publishing a multirole locator from ArcGIS Pro 3.1 as a geocoding service, roles with extents defined return at extents far greater than indicated and expected when searching for an address.

Publish an ArcGIS Pro 3.0 created .loc from ArcGIS Pro 3.0 to ArcGIS Server > Geocoding service returns address at the expected extent. Additionally, publishing an ArcGIS Pro 3.0 created .loc from ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to ArcGIS Server > Geocoding service returns the expected extent.
