解决办法
Change the server to support both "SOAP or Binary". To do so, in ArcCatalog do the following:- Create a connection to manage the arcgis server.- Connect to the server.- Right-click the server node on the left side of the catalog window, and click "Root Folder Properties..."- Change "Web Service Protocol" from "SOAP" to "SOAP or Binary".重现步骤
