附加信息
The behavior seen is expected due to partial connection matching functionality.
If multiple users are going to use the same project to work, the recommendation is for credentials to be saved in each connection.
Other available options are:
Turn off the editability of layers: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.1/help/editing/specify-which-layers-can-be-edited.htm
To restrict access to data for a certain group of users, publish data to a portal and manage access via portal security:

解决办法
- Connect to the Viewer user, and do not check the box to save the username and password.
- Add data to the map viewer. In the List by Data Source, confirm the feature class is coming from the Viewer connection.
