This is a known limitation for the 2.0 release. In 2.1 we will be adding additional support for feature set to have equivalency with ArcMap. For the 2.0 release you can interactive draw features for input but clicking the pencil button and choosing the type of feature you wish to draw on the map. Learn more in the help at Analysis & Geoprocessing > Basics > Interactive Feature Input.

解决办法

Adding the toolbox using the Insert tab sometimes give a different result. To do so, click Insert > Toolbox > Add Toolbox. (This workaround may not always work.)
