When configuring a text message output node in ArcGIS Velocity, if an Other carrier is used the carrier hostname cannot be entered.

解决办法

In ArcGIS Velocity, use an email output node to send the output as an email to the mobile carrier's email domain using the desired phone number. This will send the email as a text message.
