Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.

When attempting to log in using an enterprise login from Keycloak that also uses multifactor authentication, Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android) does not send a proper request header to authenticate the password and directs users back to the login page.
