漏洞
When attempting to construct polygons from lines, the Features Construction tool in the Topology toolbar fails with the error message, "Failed to construct polygons. The operation was attempted on an empty geometry."

At 10.0 we changed the construct polygons command and there is a split polygons for the functionality the user is expecting. The error message is more friendly than before, but review the help to make sure you are using it correctly.重现步骤
