When adding a limit usage for the referrer URLs to a secure service in ArcGIS Online, the item does not display in a published ArcGIS Hub site when added.

解决办法

This only works for a short period of time (three to five days)

1. Share the item publicly.
2. Add a limit usage on referrer URLs.
3. Add the item in ArcGIS Hub.
4. The item will appear in ArcGIS Hub for three to five days before it is unable to be seen.
