漏洞
When adding a CSV file in Content and Add Item, the values are missing for fields with names more than 31 characters when viewing from the item's Data View and Map Viewer attribute table in ArcGIS Online.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.解决办法
Workaround 1:
1. Rename the field name below 32 characters and save the CSV file.
2. Add again the CSV file in the Content ArcGIS Online.
Workaround 2:
Directly add the CSV file in Map Viewer.
1. Go to Map > Add > Add Layer from File.
2. Choose the CSV file and click Import Layer.
3. Then, choose 'None, add as table' and click Add Layer.
4. The attribute table shows all the records without any issue.
