When adding a CSV file directly to a web map in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic containing hosted feature layer(s), then creating ArcGIS Dashboards with an indicator associated with the CSV layer and enabling the map Filter action, the dashboard initially loads the correct value in the indicator, then changes to zero '0' when the dashboard is shared publicly.
