When accessing the form view, a select_multiple question lists the answers multiple times.

The results of the select_multiple question are stored as a comma-seperated list of choice values (names in the .csv file). If two choices have the same value (name), they are treated as the same choice option.解决办法
Assign different names to the choices in the .csv file, and it is recommended to not have duplicated choice names in the .csv file.
