漏洞
When accessing federated ArcGIS Server layers using the HTTP protocol from Manage Items in Portal for ArcGIS, the following error message returns, "Unable to establish a secure connection to the layer. The layer, [layername], cannot be added to the map."

Update the config.js httpsDomains listing setting to include the federated server.
