When a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app is launched using a URL query parameter, if multiple features satisfy the query, only a single feature is selected with a blue highlight, and all of the other features do not display at all, if the layer is not turned on by default in the web map. This differs from previous versions of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.
