This issue is logged against the Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) which is now deprecated (refer to this documentation https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for more information). The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). It is recommended for users use the Map Viewer for all their workflows.重现步骤
