This is a known limitation for sites created in the current version of ArcGIS Open Data. This limitation is not present in the next version, which is currently in the beta phase.解决办法
For Android users, enable the 'Request desktop site' option in the browser menu.For iOS users, rotate the screen to the landscape orientation by turning the phone horizontally.重现步骤
