Using URL parameters to select a feature on a map in the ArcGIS Instant App Sidebar template displays the pop-up even for layers with pop-ups disabled in the ArcGIS Online web map.

This is as expected. When the pop-up on the map is disabled, it does not open from a URL parameter.解决办法
- Using an additional parameter in the URL &urlParamAsFilter=true filters the data rather than selecting the data and hence no pop-up is displayed.
- Example: https://essorg.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/sidebar/index.html?appid=8f468cebb9a74412bdb743beadc86c9b&state=Alaska&urlParamAsFilter=true
- This however, removes the rest of the data from the map and does not highlight the feature.
