Using the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Draw widget in ArcGIS Online, clicking to change the color saturation when using a touch screen monitor and the Google Chrome web browser alters the base color unexpectedly.

This is a bug in the third party Dojo library (dojox/widget/ColorPicker). This bug only appears in Google Chrome.解决办法
