When too many conflicts are detected, the tool ignores some input lines as expected for buffer generation. Reducing buffer distance, not by using simplifications, enables more input lines to be buffered.解决办法
Run the Simplify 3D Lines tool before the Buffer 3D tool instead of using the line simplification setting in the Buffer 3D tool.
