Using the Create Custom Geographic Transformation tool while using the NTv2 transformation in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.x returns an additional 'Dataset_' appended to the grid dataset name.

解决办法

Create the custom transformation in ArcMap and paste the resulting GTF file in the CustomTransformations folder for ArcGIS Pro. The file path is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Esri\ArcGISPro\ArcToolbox\CustomTransformations.
