Using the ArcGIS API for Python, updating a feature layer from a CSV on Portal for ArcGIS returns the Exception error message, "Job Failed."

解决办法
Identify the original feature layer that needs to be updated from a CSV to a Feature Layer Collection, and then use the FeatureLayerCollection.manager.overwrite() method to overwrite the feature layer.
