Using ArcGIS Pro, when a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file or Excel Spreadsheet (XLS) file is shared as a feature class in ArcGIS Online and then published as a hosted feature layer, the first field added as a string field is rounded in pop-ups only for values with 17 or more characters.
