Updating the Credits (attribution) for a web map does not update the attribution that appears at the bottom of the web map in either Map Viewer.

The attributions for feature layers in ArcGIS Online are associated with the layer itself, not the web map. This ensures that the correct attribution for the layer is shown in any web map or app it is used in. The primary purpose of the attributions for the web map in ArcGIS Online is for users to see the attributions when viewing the Item Details page.解决办法
Updating the Credits (attribution) for the hosted feature layer still adds credits or copyright text to the web map when that layer is added to any map.
