Updates to the user profile in the ArcGIS Companion app are not reflected in the app until the profile is closed and reopened.

解决办法

Refresh the profile pages for the updated information to come into effect (often by closing and reopening the client profile). It is a matter of user experience as opposed to compromised functionality.
