漏洞
Unique values on a single field symbology applied on the basis of fields from a joined table does not appear in a map service when the data is stored in a SQL Server enterprise geodatabase.

This is no longer reproducible on ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 and higher. Please work with Esri Support Services if a similar issue is encountered on contemporary releases in order to open a new bug report.解决办法
If a file geodatabase, PostgresSQL and Oracle geodatabase is used to store the feature class and table, the published map service shows the symbology and data is returned when using the Identify tool.
The same service was published using a file geaodatabase as a data source:
https://supt000700:6443/arcgis/rest/services//Priyanka/FileGdtSymbolTest/MapServer
The issue was not reproducible using PostgresSQL and Oracle as well.
