Verify that Survey123 has the necessary OS permissions to access images in the photo gallery. To check iOS permissions: - Open the Settings application. - Select Privacy & Security. - Select Photos. - Select Survey123. - Verify Survey123 either has Full Access or Limited Access. If Limited Access is selected, ensure that the uploaded image in Survey123 is one of the images that has access enabled.解决办法
