This issue is data-specific and by design. Distributed collaboration is based on replication. The size of the attached hosted feature service replica is greater than the 1024MB limit as indicated by the portal logs and is prevented from being shared as a copy.解决办法
Create a hosted feature view containing a subset of the data and share it via distributed collaboration.
