This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of the software.解决办法
When creating a new address locator, do not use reference data from a database connection created in a folder. Instead, use data from a database connection created using the 'Add Database Connection' option directly in the Catalog Tree in ArcCatalog.重现步骤
