Unable to publish a feature class as a hosted feature layer in Portal for ArcGIS if it contains a long field name and the alias is used as Layer Time.

解决办法

1. Change the field name to a shorter name which limits to 29 characters.
2. Check the layer Properties, select the desired option in the Layer Time section (select the Each feature has a single time field option) and Time Field section (select the Alias of the Field Name option).
3. Click OK.
4. Share as a web layer. The layer is now able to be published to Portal for ArcGIS.
