Unable to open the PDF files attached as links inside the feature layer when the web map that contains the feature layer is embedded into a story map.

解决办法

Create own layer and use the same PDF link as the customer. Adding the layer that is not related and have no issue with the PDF page loads properly. However, embedding the web app or web map into the story map unable to load the PDF page.
