ALLOW-FROM=url is deprecated. This is an obsolete directive that no longer works in modern browsers. This is not an issue with the viewers in ArcGIS Online but a browser-based block.解决办法
Right click on the hyperlink from the pop-up and click on 'Open in a new Tab/Window'.
