The issue comes down to the line width of the scale bar symbol. The scale bar is correct if the line symbol is measured from the center. To verify this, I explicitly set the scale bar to one division at 1,333 feet, and set the line symbols for the bar to be very thin. It sat right on the guidelines.重现步骤
