This is an expected behavior in ArcGIS Field Maps. In order to leverage the newly updated labels, the offline map area needs to be downloaded again onto the mobile device. The changes made to the offline area through the web map does not automatically update the existing offline map area already downloaded onto the mobile device.重现步骤
