ArcGIS Collector has been retired from the iOS and Android application stores and is replaced by ArcGIS Field Maps. The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps. If any issue is experienced, please reach out to Esri Support Services for investigation.解决办法
Keep the field index checked in the layer properties before publishing a feature service and using it for disconnected editing in ArcGIS Collector.
