ArcGIS StoryMaps blocks direct file downloads from embedded applications for security reasons. This restriction will not be removed. Embedding management applications like the ArcGIS Survey123 website in a collection is not a best practice; instead, include a link (which will open in a new browser tab) and instructions to the reader in one of the other collection items, if required.解决办法
