The first issue reported is a known limitation which is worked on. The second one regarding issue with Font for Placemark, is fixed with V1.4 font setting function. User can specify the font style of label for drawing element, by setting up in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Earth\bin\config.xml. 解决办法

The second part has a workaround with the V1.4 font setting function. It can be specified through the font style of label for drawing element. Set up <fonts> in <a href="file:C:/ProgramFiles/ArcGIS/Earth/bin/config.xml" target="_blank">C:\ProgramFiles\ArcGIS\Earth\bin\config.xml</a> in your folder.Please refer to: <a href="http://docdev.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-earth/administer/admin-config.htm" target="_blank">http://docdev.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-earth/administer/admin-config.htm</a>
