This issue is not reproducible in Map Viewer. Map Viewer returns an error message when attempting to follow this workflow. This allows the user to know that they must enter a unique value for the feature, otherwise, feature creation is unsupported. This is the expected behavior. This is a known limitation in Map Viewer Classic, and will not be addressed.解决办法
